Second place – Tom Sutkus, 420 Limedale
Third place – Terry James, 1555 Aspen

Debbie Jones, 52, comes home a little bit later on Thursday nights. After working all day in management at Laclede Gas Company, she gets together with her study team to work on their latest class project.

Black Jack Honors Police Sgt. Dan Seymour

The Black Jack City Council payed tribute to 35-year veteran of the St. Louis County Police Department Sergeant Dan Seymour at its City Council meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 20th. Mr. Seymour died this past month following an auto accident in Missouri. Dan was had been assigned to the City of Black Jack for the past 15 years, the past four of those as a sergeant.
At the meeting, Mayor Norm McCourt presented Amy Seymour and Tim Seymour, the wife and son of Dan, with a plaque commemorating his years of dedicated service to the residents of Black Jack. Dan was seriously injured in a vehicle accident in Warren County in August and passed away last month due to his injuries.

A huge banner festoons a cavernous hangar. It reads, “Charlie Did It.” Shades of the infamous “Mission Accomplished” sign instantly come to mind, and a premonitory shiver hits the viewer as he takes in the opening scene of director Mike Nichols’ biopic, “Charlie Wilson’s War.”
