Catholic Schools Week Celebrated Week of Jan. 25

The following events have been scheduled at local Catholic Schools in North County.

St. Ferdinand has scheduled the following events during Catholic Schools Week:

• Saturday – Open house to coincide with the Spaghetti Dinner (this event was originally scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 25) Classrooms will be open from 6-7:30 p.m.
• Monday – Teacher Appreciation Day. Home and School will sponsor a special luncheon for the faculty. Seventh grade vs. Eighth grade Knock Out Game
•Tuesday – Student Appreciation Day. Dress out of uniform. Student Talent Show.
•Wednesday – Student Council Mission Carnival
•Thursday – Eighth graders will travel to St. Sabina for a Region Mass. Students will have lunch with their Teams.
•Friday – Gather in Teams and attend Mass. Following Mass there will be a special treat sponsored by the Student Council.

St. Sabina will hold these events:
• Open house on Sunday, Jan. 25, from 12:30-2:30 p.m.
•Monday – Lunch with parents; Reptile Man in p.m.; dress down day
•Tuesday – Teacher Appreciation Day
•Wednesday – School Mass at 8 a.m.; Volunteer Appreciation Day
•Thursday – Eighth-grade Regional Mass at 10:30 a.m.; Band performance in the p.m.
•Friday – Buddy Day; Quarter inservice

St. Angela Merici will hold an open house on Sunday, Jan. 25, from 10a.m.-3 p.m.

St. Norbert will host a Papa John’s night on Tuesday, Jan. 27 and a Teacher Appreciation luncheon on Friday, Jan. 30.
